In the Heat of Battle

Character from my Naruto FS fan manga. Is there a revival. Not likely; I let too many fans down by not continuing it. But I will say that it's not officially dead.

I guess it's just in the back for now.

His name is Kizoku, the Konoha lightning jutsu ace performing his "Twin Lightning" technique. (Which has NEVER appeared in the fan manga at all.)
